From the moment a car drives in to the moment it drives out
Coudy Garage follows the flow your shop lives every day: check-in, signature, work order, delivery. Each step starts with what the last one knew, so nothing is typed twice.
The car arrives; check-in takes four steps
Service checks, the car's condition, the customer's complaints and the jobs to do are entered in order. Damage is marked on a diagram and photos go with the check-in. A booked customer goes from appointment to check-in in one click.

The customer signs on their own phone
A QR code sends the check-in form to the customer's phone. They confirm with their name and plate, read the details and sign with a finger. No paper, no tablet.

The work order moves from mechanic to mechanic
Parts and labour lines, mechanics, stage and promised delivery time, all on one screen. When extra work turns up, the customer approves or declines each item on their phone. Parts used are reserved in stock, so they can't be sold twice.

As the car is handed back, the invoice is issued and sent as a Turkish e-invoice or e-archive invoice, and payment is taken in the same panel. The customer signs for delivery on their phone too.

What is Coudy?
Coudy is a family of software products that brings a business's daily work into one place. The products share one foundation (accounts, stock, invoicing and e-invoicing, cash and bank, team, reports), and each adds the work of its own trade. An invoice posted automatically updates the customer's balance and stock; payment received goes straight to the till. Nothing is typed twice.
Which products are there?
Two products are on sale now: Coudy Garage for repair shops, body shops and tyre shops, and Coudy Accounting for businesses that only need their bookkeeping. Coudy Retail for shops and grocers is being built and not yet for sale. From the contact page you can ask for a demo or join Coudy Retail's waiting list.
Who sets it up?
We do. Coudy is installed on a server set aside for you and opens at yourcompany.coudy.app over a secure connection. On first sign-in, a checklist walks you through the essentials: company details, administrator, cash box, first customer and first stock item. Each screen shows its own tips the first time it opens.
Do I need separate software for e-invoicing?
No. Coudy Garage and Coudy Accounting send Turkish e-invoices and e-archive invoices through a GİB-approved private integrator, track their status automatically and turn incoming e-invoices into purchase invoices in one step. Your integrator account details are entered once in the settings, then everything works from inside the app.
Where is my data kept?
On a server set aside for you; never in a shared database with another company. If you like, you can limit the system to your office's network; the customer's signing links still work from anywhere. With the package server, your data and backups stay in a Tier III data centre in Turkey.
Which devices can I use?
Coudy runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. You can add it to your phone's home screen as a shortcut, so you don't need to install another app. You can work from any device as long as you have an internet connection.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on which product, how many branches and users, and your choice of server. The plans page shows what is included in Coudy Garage and Coudy Accounting, and the server options. For a written quote tailored to your business, please get in touch; every business is different.
