Terms of use

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms cover the use of the coudy.app website. Using Coudy itself is governed separately by the Service Agreement and the quote you receive. By using the site you accept these terms.

01The site and its owner

coudy.app belongs to Codian Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16333262; registered office: Suite 8791, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom). For any question, write to [email protected].

02Information on the site

The site describes what Coudy's products offer today. Screenshots are taken with a sample workshop's data and belong to no real customer.

Screens and features may change as the product develops. The binding scope is the one in your written quote and contract.

03Forms and meetings

  • Enter accurate information that is your own.
  • Don't use the forms on someone else's behalf, with automated tools or for bulk sending; we limit submissions to prevent abuse.
  • You can cancel a meeting you booked from the link in your e-mail; we may also cancel when needed, and will let you know.
  • How we process the personal data you send is explained in the KVKK notice and the GDPR privacy notice.

04Intellectual property

The texts, screenshots, the Coudy name and logo on the site belong to Codian Limited. They may not be copied, altered or used commercially without permission; short quotes with attribution are fine.

05Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. Their owners are responsible for their content and their handling of personal data.

06Liability

We try to keep the site available and free of errors but cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions based on the general information on the site.

07Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current text is always on this page and the date above changes.

These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes.
