Damage is marked on the vehicle diagram and photos go with the check-in, along with notes and belongings left in the car. At pick-up, “that scratch wasn't there” is settled by the record. When the check-in form is printed, the damage and the items are on it too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your question here? Write to Us
How do I register a walk-in customer?
In Coudy Garage a walk-in customer's check-in opens directly; no appointment is needed. Pick the customer if they are registered, or add them during check-in. The car is found by its plate or added if it has no record, and the four-step check-in form is filled in just as for an appointment.
Can I print the check-in form?
Yes. In Coudy Garage the check-in form prints on A4 or A5, switching automatically to A4 when it doesn't fit on A5. Work orders print on A4. Your company logo appears on all printouts.
Can several mechanics work on one work order?
Yes. In Coudy Garage each labour line is assigned to a mechanic. Different lines on the same work order can belong to different people. Mechanic commission is calculated from these assignments; each line's mechanic and stage show together on the work order, so nobody walks over to ask how far a car has got.
How do I get the customer's approval for extra work?
In Coudy Garage extra items are added to the work order, and the customer approves or declines each one through the link on their phone. Every decision shows on the work order, and a declined item never goes into the work to do, so there is no argument at hand-over about work nobody asked for.
