Cookie policy

coudy.app uses the cookies the site needs to work. To measure how the site is used we run Google Analytics, but only if you allow it. We use no advertising, retargeting or social media cookies.
01What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website leaves in your browser. The site uses it to recognise your browser on the next request or to remember a choice you made.
02Necessary cookies
These keep the site working and don't depend on your consent.
- Form security: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process the technical data needed to tell that the sender isn't a bot; it isn't used for advertising or tracking.
- Admin panel: only in the /admin area, where the Coudy team signs in, a cookie keeps the session. Visitors to the site never get it.
- Your cookie choice: kept not in a cookie but in your browser's local storage (localStorage) for a year, then asked again.
03Analytics cookies (with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and how much the contact form is used. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC's servers in the United States.
Until you choose "Accept" on the cookie card, Google's code isn't loaded and nothing is sent to Google. If you choose "Reject", the site works just the same.
What is measured: the pages visited, how long the visit lasts, roughly the country and city, the kind of device and browser, whether the contact form was sent, and which request (demo, quote, question, waiting list) and product were chosen. The name, email, phone or message you type into a form is never sent to Google.
Google signals, ad personalisation and data sharing for advertising are switched off.
- _ga: tells visitors apart; kept for 13 months.
- _ga_<id>: keeps the session; kept for 13 months.
04Cookies we don't use
We don't use the following. If we ever decide to, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
- Advertising and retargeting cookies.
- Social media sharing and tracking cookies.
05Changing your consent
You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are removed from this site.
06Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the necessary ones, the forms may not send. The site's language comes from the address, not a cookie: Turkish at the root, English under /en.
