Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your question here? Write to Us

Which e-invoice integrator does it work with?

Coudy sends e-invoices and e-archive invoices through a GİB-approved private integrator. Your integrator account details are entered once in the settings and kept encrypted. The document number comes from the integrator and the status is tracked on the invoice itself, so you never need the integrator's panel.

I'm not registered for e-invoicing. Can I still use it?

Yes. In Coudy you can issue and print sales, purchase and return invoices, and each one posts to the account and the stock on its own. Once e-invoicing or e-archive is set up, the same invoices go out electronically through a GİB-approved private integrator, with nothing else to change.

Can I cancel an e-invoice I sent?

Yes. Where the regulations allow it, a sent document is cancelled from Coudy and the invoice's status is updated. The sent documents panel shows what is on its way, what needs attention and what is done; if an invoice needs a return instead, the return invoice is made from the original in one click.

Does my company logo appear on the printout?

Yes. In Coudy invoices and receipts print on A4, A5 or an 80 mm thermal receipt, and every printout carries your company logo. The logo is entered once with the company details; documents sent as e-invoices or e-archive invoices come from the same invoice.
