Where Is Your Data?
From the installation on, your business's data never sits with another company's, and Coudy never sends it abroad.
A Server of Your Own
Coudy is installed on your own server, or on a server rented for you alone from a Tier III data centre in Turkey. You share your database with no one.
Never Sent Abroad
Coudy never sends your data abroad. With the server in the package your data is in a data centre in Turkey; on your own server it stays where you choose. Only telemetry with no personal data goes out.
Encrypted Backups
Backups of the server in the package are encrypted and kept at a separate location in Turkey.
Yours When You Ask
You can have all your data whenever you ask; when you leave, it is handed over to you first and deleted after.

Who Can Get In?
Sign-in, permission and access rules are checked on the server, not merely hidden on the screen.
Networks You Allow
You can restrict the system to your office network. Whoever changes the list cannot lock themselves out.
Lockout on Failed Sign-ins
Repeated wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes, and attempts from one address are limited as well.
Roles and Permissions
Each user sees only the screens and reports their role allows; permissions are checked on the server with every request.
HTTPS Everywhere
The connection is always encrypted and the browser is told to use secure connections only (HSTS). The certificate is obtained and renewed on its own.
Keys of Your Own
Session and encryption keys are made afresh at each installation and never leave it.
Logged Support Access
The Coudy team gets in only for installation, maintenance and the support you ask for; you see the sign-ins of Codian's system administrator too.

Customers sign the check-in, the work approval and the handover on their own phone, and the link is guarded accordingly.

e-Invoice
e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices are sent through a GİB-approved private integrator.

- Safe ViewingIncoming e-invoices are shown in a locked frame that runs no scripts.
- Within TurkeyYour invoices go to the integrator and from there to the Revenue Administration; the transfer stays within Turkey.

I want the system used only from the office. Is that possible?
Yes. In Coudy's Settings > Security you can list the networks where the system may be used. Then only connections from the networks you list are allowed. The customer's signing link is not bound by that restriction and can be opened from anywhere.
Does my data leave Turkey?
No. Coudy never sends your business data abroad. With the server in the package your data and its backups are kept in a Tier III data centre in Turkey; on your own server it stays where you choose. Only telemetry without personal data (installation ID, version, licence status, user and branch counts) goes to Codian's servers in the EU.
Can the Coudy team see my data?
In Coudy, data access depends on your server choice. With the server in the package and with server care, we access the server for installation, updates and maintenance. We look at your business records only when you ask for support, and only as far as needed to fix the problem. All our sign-ins are logged and shown on your screen.
Can I install it on my own server?
Yes. Coudy is installed on an Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server and we do the installation. If you want to leave the server's maintenance, backup and monitoring to us as well, you can add server care. Installation on a Windows server is not available yet.
