Coudy runs on a server set up for your business alone. Use your own server or add one to the package; we install it either way.
We install on a server in your office or one you rent that meets the requirement and runs Ubuntu. The server's tasks are yours.
The server is rented for your business from a trusted Tier III data centre in Turkey and prepared with Coudy installed. Coudy looks after the server.
Responsibilities
On your own server the server's tasks are yours; add server care and they pass to Coudy. With the server in the package, all of them are Coudy's.

Whichever server you choose, your data belongs to your business. Our legal pages give the details.
The server in the package is in a data centre in Turkey. Coudy sends no data abroad apart from telemetry.
When you ask, all of your data is handed over to you.
When you cancel, your data is first handed over to you, then permanently deleted from the server.

Product, branches, users and server choice vary a lot from business to business. So rather than writing one price for everyone, we talk with you and send a written quote for Coudy as your business will use it.
No. In Coudy each product is one package sold as a whole; its screens work together and there is no partial feature sale. If you don't need the workshop screens, that is exactly what Coudy Accounting is for: bookkeeping screens throughout, no workshop screens.
Today Coudy installs only on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS servers; Windows server installation is not yet available. If you have no server that can run Ubuntu, you can start with the server in the package and we do the installation.
In Coudy, backup, monitoring and alert responsibilities depend on your server choice. On your own server you manage them; with server care added, they pass to Coudy. With the package server, all of these are Coudy's responsibility.
Yes. If you are using your own server, you can add server care whenever you like and the quote is updated to match. The server in the package already includes server care.
Yes. In Coudy branches and users are added later in the settings; a new branch opens with its own cash box and a new user comes with their role. Because the price depends on the product, branches, users and the server, your quote is updated for the new numbers.
