Coudy Accounting

Your bookkeeping in one place.

Coudy Accounting is for businesses that keep their own books: accounts, invoices and e-invoicing, cash and bank, cheques and notes, stock and staff work together. An invoice posts to the account, a payment received posts to the cash box, on their own.

The troubles bookkeeping lives every month

Accounts kept in a spreadsheet, cheques in a notebook and e-invoices issued somewhere else drag the month end out.

  • Accounts Stuck in a Spreadsheet

Who owes what is in one sheet, the invoices in another program. Every month the two are matched by hand.

  • A Cheque's Due Date Slipped By

The due dates of the cheques in hand go into a notebook; the day one should go to the bank passes unnoticed.

  • E-invoices Somewhere Else

The invoice is prepared in one program and typed again on another screen for e-invoicing; incoming invoices are entered by hand too.

  • Chasing Sheets at Month End

Profit, cash and stock value mean merging sheets at month end; by the time the answer comes, the month is long over.

A month in Coudy Accounting

From the invoice to month end

An invoice is issued once and posts to the account, the stock, the cash box and the reports on its own.

The invoice is issued; account and stock follow

Sales and purchase invoices with their returns on one screen. An issued invoice posts to the account's balance and to stock; its due date and payment status show on the invoice.

E-invoices and e-archive invoices from the same screen

The invoice goes out as an e-invoice or e-archive invoice through a private integrator approved by the Revenue Administration (GİB), and its status is followed on its own. Incoming e-invoices become purchase invoices in one step.

Payments in and out post to cash and bank

Money received or paid in cash, by transfer, by card or by cheque is entered on a voucher, matched to invoices, and the cash and bank balances update at once. Foreign-currency accounts sit in the same place.

Cheques and notes followed by due date

Cheques and notes received and given sit in one list with their due dates and status; which one is collected or paid when shows at a glance.

Month-end reports without the wait

The income and expense report is ready month by month, on an accrual or a cash basis; profitability and stock value reports open without waiting for month end.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Coudy Accounting?

Coudy Accounting is a bookkeeping product that brings all your books into one program: accounts, invoices and e-invoicing, cash and bank, cheques and notes, stock and staff management work together. It runs on a server set aside for you and opens in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.

Is e-invoicing included?

Yes. Coudy Accounting includes e-invoicing, and Turkish e-invoices and e-archive invoices are sent from inside the app through a GİB-approved private integrator. Their status is tracked automatically, and incoming e-invoices become purchase invoices in one step. Your integrator account details are entered once in the settings.

Can I work in foreign currencies?

Yes. Coudy Accounting lets accounts, cash boxes and bank accounts be kept in foreign currencies. Invoices use the day's rate automatically, and exchange-difference invoices are issued inside the program, with no separate spreadsheet.

Do I install it on my computer?

No. Coudy Accounting runs on a server set aside for you; you don't need to install extra software or manage it. You open it in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone; installation, updates and the server's upkeep are ours or yours depending on the package you choose.

How many users and branches can there be?

Coudy Accounting works with several branches, warehouses and users. Each branch has its own cash box and warehouse, but accounts and stock items are shared across branches. Your quote's scope and price depend on how many branches and users you need.
