How is the income and expense report worked out?
Coudy's income and expense report can be read two ways. On an accrual basis it adds up amounts by document date, excluding VAT; on a cash basis it shows the money in and out of the cash, bank and POS accounts, with transfers between them left out. It comes from the invoices and vouchers you enter every day.
Can I export reports to Excel?
Today Coudy's reports are shown on screen and printed on A4 landscape; there is no Excel export yet. To send a report to your accountant you share its link; the filters are kept in the address, so they see the same report if their permissions allow. If you need an export, write to us.
Can every user see every report?
No. In Coudy a user sees only the reports their role allows; stock reports can be open while finance reports stay closed, for example. A shared report link opens only for someone with the permission too, so a link that reaches the wrong person shows them nothing.
