Marketing consent

Last updated: October 30, 2026

When you tick "I'd like Coudy's news and offers by e-mail." on a coudy.app form, you give the consent described here. The box starts unticked; ticking it is optional, and the answer to your request does not depend on it.

01Who you give consent to

You give your consent to Codian Limited, the owner of Coudy (England and Wales, company number 16333262; registered office: Suite 8791, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom). Your consent is not passed to any other company, and your contact details are not used for anyone else's messages.

02What we send

  • News about Coudy products and announcements of new products.
  • Offers, price advantages, and word when a product on the waiting list goes on sale.
  • Invitations to webinars, training and events.

03Through which channel

Only to the e-mail address you entered on the form. This consent does not cover SMS, phone calls or instant messages; we send no marketing through those channels.

04What we send regardless of consent

These are not marketing messages and are sent whether or not you consent:

  • The e-mail confirming we received your request, meeting invitations and correspondence about your request.
  • If you are a customer, quotes, contracts, invoices, and update, maintenance and security notices.

05How the consent is recorded

  • We record your consent with the date and time you gave it, the form you used and your e-mail address.
  • Where Turkish law requires it, we also register your consent in the Message Management System (İYS).
  • We keep consent and opt-out records for 3 years after the consent ends, as proof.

06How to withdraw it

  • Every marketing e-mail we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • You can also write to [email protected]; in Turkey you can opt out through İYS as well.
  • Withdrawing is free and needs no reason. We act on it within 3 working days at the latest.
  • Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of what was sent before.

07The rules we follow

  • Turkey: Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
  • United Kingdom: the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
  • European Union: the ePrivacy Directive and the national rules that implement it.

08Your personal data

The personal data we process for this consent (name, e-mail, the consent record) is processed as the KVKK notice and the GDPR privacy notice describe. For questions, write to [email protected].
